If your organization fits within the criteria and you would like to submit a letter of inquiry, please complete the questionnaire that you see below. The Foundation will review your responses for alignment with its mission, strategic priorities and general criteria and make a determination whether to invite a letter of inquiry. If invited, you will be able to download our Letter of Inquiry Form as a PDF document in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro.  You can fill this form out electronically and then either save and email the form to Inquiries@rjtff.org, or hit the "submit" button to send it to the Foundation automatically.
